Choose the changes

Line endings are normalized to one format. Trim line edges, remove blank lines, or merge repeated spaces and tabs only when you pick those options. Whitespace cleanup can shift indentation, so review formatted code with care.

Review and keep a copy

Clean the text, compare the character counts, and check the output before copying or downloading. Editing the input clears the old result, and leaving the page ends the session.
